Position Overview

The Expetec Administrative Assistant will be responsible for answering the phone, assisting walk in customers, retail functions and customer service

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Answer the phone on the first ring whenever possible
  • Assist walk in customers by holding the door open for them or carrying the computer in / out for them.
  • Create service tickets for both walk in and phone customers, apply appropriate templates and processes
  • Assist customers in retail purchases and invoicing these purchases
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, sales calls for the sales staff
  • Maintain schedule for President,

Physical Requirement

Must be able to sit or stand for extended periods of time.

Education and Experience Required

Two or Four year degree or comparable work experience
